CV management: The data provided through the “TALENT” section available on the website will be processed for the management and control of our personnel selection processes. This processing is necessary for your participation in the aforementioned personnel selection processes and is based on the consent that materialises through your own application to participate. You may unsubscribe at any time.
3. To whom may we disclose your data?
Your data will not be disclosed to third parties unless required by law or when it is necessary to provide you with the requested services, for example, but not limited to, public administrations or public bodies, official bodies, registrars, notaries or solicitors.
4. How long will we keep your data?
In general, we keep your data for the duration of your relationship with us and, in any case, for the periods provided for in the applicable legal provisions and for the time necessary to meet any liabilities arising from the processing. We will cancel your data when they are no longer necessary or relevant for the purposes for which they were collected.
We will keep the CV data provided through the “TALENT” section for up to 1 year from the date of its last update, so you will have to submit a new updated CV if you wish to continue participating in our selection processes.
5. What are your rights?
You have the right to obtain confirmation as to whether or not we are processing your personal data and, if so, to access it. You can also ask for your data to be rectified if it is inaccurate or for incomplete data to be completed, and you can ask for it to be deleted if, among other reasons, the data is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected.

In this case, we will only process the data concerned for the formulation, exercise or defence of claims or for the protection of the rights of other persons.
